The presentation of the products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. By clicking on the "Buy" button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. The contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending you an order confirmation by e-mail immediately after receiving your order. - Prices and payment methods
The prices quoted are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include VAT. Shipping costs are charged additionally and are shown separately on the order page. Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. If payment is made by bank transfer, the goods will only be dispatched after receipt of the full invoice amount in our account. - Delivery and shipping
Delivery takes place within Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the product and delivery location and are indicated on the order page. - Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. Please refer to our cancellation policy, which will be sent to you by e-mail together with the order confirmation. - Retention of title
The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been made. - Warranty and liability
The statutory warranty rights shall apply. Our liability is in any case limited to the value of the goods ordered. - Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
Swiss law shall apply exclusively, to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of our company. - Final provisions
Should any provision of these GTC be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
